Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

If your purchase is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return for a refund. To initiate a return:

·         Contact our customer service at Nebulabond@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery.

·         Include photos of the item(s) and packaging to expedite your request.

Eligibility Criteria:

·         Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags/labels intact.

·         Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).


2. Damaged Items

·         Full refunds are offered for items damaged on arrival.

·         Exclusion: Minor packaging damage (if the product itself is unharmed) does not qualify.


3. Refunds

·         Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.

·         Delays may occur if your request falls outside our processing days (twice weekly).


4. Order Cancellation

·         Full refunds are available if canceled within 24 hours of purchase (before shipping).

·         Partial refunds may apply for cancellations after 24 hours (if the order hasn’t shipped).

·         Contact Nebulabond@outlook.com immediately to cancel.


5. Return Address

Upon return approval, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or the return address.
